Ethan joined EJF Ventures in 2024 and focuses on sourcing and evaluating investments across enterprise fintech. 

Ethan was previously Director of Partnerships & Corporate Development at Dream Payments, a Toronto-based embedded payments startup. Before Dream, he worked at JPMorgan Chase in New York, initially as an investment banker advising financial institutions on M&A and financing transactions. He later spent several years in JPMC’s Strategic Investments team, where he evaluated and executed venture and growth equity investments in fintech companies. 

Ethan holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
