Director of Ecosystem

Colleen joined EJF in 2025 and is responsible for building and managing relationships between EJF Ventures’ portfolio companies and the firm’s broader network of strategic partners. Her work focuses on fostering collaboration across the EJF ecosystem, supporting portfolio company growth, and empowering partners in EJF’s network to adopt innovative technology solutions. 

Colleen brings more than eight years of operating experience from her time at various high-growth startups. Most recently, she spent four years at Passthrough, a venture-backed investor onboarding solution for private funds. As the first go-to-market hire, she developed and scaled the company’s go-to-market strategy and ultimately served as Head of Partnerships, overseeing strategy and revenue initiatives internally and across the firm's broader partner ecosystem. 

Colleen holds a BS from the University of Vermont.
